Win tickets to see Paolo Nutini!
29/09/2009
Scotland's most soulful star is doing his bit to combat racism - and you could be at special gig!
Scots troubadour Paolo Nutini headlines the latest Rock Against Racism gig at St Bride’s Centre in Edinburgh on Monday, October 12.
Hosted by Bauer Radio Events and the Scottish Government’s One Scotland, it's the third Rock Against Racism gig of the 2009 RoAR tour.
The singer says he can’t wait to play the gig. “The last RoAR show we played in the Scottish Borders was amazing – the crowd was so up for it,” says Nutini. “RoAR helps drive home the message that there’s no place for racism in Scotland.”
Tickets to RoAR with Poalo Nutini cannot be bought but The Big Issue has joined forces with event organisers to offer readers the chance to be at this exclusive event. We have three pairs of tickets.
To be in with a chance of winning, answer this question: What does RoAR stand for?
E-mail competitions@rockagainstracism.info with your answer, name, age, home postcode and DAYTIME AND EVENING telephone numbers. Please include BIG ISSUE in the subject of the email. Competition closes October 6.
Three winners, picked at random, will receive a pair of ‘RoAR with Paolo Nutini’ tickets.
No under-14s may attend and all 14-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
